About the Expo
The Celebrating Women Expo is a flagship event of the Yeah The Girls 40 Plus community — a fast-growing platform supporting women over 40 to rebuild confidence, connection, and purpose.
This year we are bringing the Expo to the stunning Pumphouse at Darling Harbour — a heritage venue that perfectly captures the warmth and energy of our community. We are aiming for over 1,000 women through the doors, and every stallholder is a valued part of making that day possible.

The Celebrating Women Expo sits within the broader Celebrate Women Movement — a national, values-led initiative that exists to elevate, connect, and celebrate women through community, visibility, and shared stories.
The movement creates spaces where women are seen, supported, and valued at every stage of life. The Expo is one of the ways this movement comes to life — bringing together businesses, experts, and community in a warm, in-person environment where real connections are made.
The Expo is supported by the Yeah The Girls 40 Plus community, which has grown from 4,000 to over 35,000 women in under two years. When you join the Expo, you are not just booking a stall. You are stepping into a movement.

Your Onboarding Journey
Once your application is approved, everything happens inside our GHL portal — no Google Drive, no scattered emails, no confusion.
Fill in the EOI form to tell us about your business and what you'd love to bring to the Expo. We review every application personally.
We review your EOI to ensure alignment with our community values and check category availability. You'll hear from us within a few business days.
Submit Your EOI →Once your application is approved, you'll be invited to book a personal call with Martha. This is your chance to ask questions, discuss your package, and make sure everything feels right before you commit.
Book Your Call with Martha →After your call, you'll receive the Stallholder Agreement to review and sign digitally. Pay your 50% non-refundable holding deposit (or pay in full for your 5% discount) to officially secure your spot.

Online Business Marketing
As part of your stallholder journey, you'll have exclusive access to strategic expo training and Speed Networking sessions designed to maximise your visibility, connections, and marketing impact on the day.
The day after the Expo, share your wins and feedback. Your Business Directory listing continues, and you'll be first to hear about the 2027 Expo.

A stunning heritage venue at the heart of Sydney — exposed brick, soaring ceilings, and warm industrial character. The Pumphouse offers multiple zones across two levels, plus the adjacent Novotel Wellness Space, giving every stallholder a unique and beautiful setting.

Payment Options
We understand that investing in your business is a big decision. That is why we offer two payment options to make it as accessible as possible.
Recommended
Pay the full amount at the time of booking and receive a 5% discount on your package price. This is the best value option and secures your place immediately with no further payments required.
Payment accepted via Wise or AMP bank account. Invoice details provided upon approval.
Flexible
Pay a 50% non-refundable holding deposit at the time of booking to secure your place. The remaining balance is due by 20 July 2026, two months before the event.
Automated payment reminders will be sent 30 days before and on 20 July 2026.
Non-Refundable Deposit
The 50% holding deposit is non-refundable under any circumstances. By paying the deposit, you confirm your intent to participate.
Balance Payment Deadline
The remaining balance must be received by 20 July 2026. If payment is not received, your booking will be cancelled and your deposit will not be refunded.
Cancellation Policy
Once a booking is confirmed, no refunds will be issued for cancellations. In the event of force majeure, a credit toward a future event or partial refund will be offered at the organiser's discretion.
Pay in Full Discount
The 5% discount applies only when full payment is made at the time of booking. It cannot be applied retrospectively or combined with any other offer.
